New publications from Mercian Archaeological Services

Mercian Archaeological Services has produced its first newsletter, summarising recent work at King John's Palace in Kings Clipstone, The Sherwood Forest Archaeology Project, plus details of excavations at Ticknall in Leicestershire, Codnor Castle in Derbyshire and elsewhere. Mercian have also published the first two papers in their Occasional Papers series, both by James Wright:
